Responsibilities:

• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and longevity.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
• Order and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance work.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to address any maintenance-related issues that affect production.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance procedures and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
