  • Drive International Sales Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies targeting international markets, contributing directly to the company's global success.
  • Cultivate Global Partnerships: Proactively prospect for new international clients and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers worldwide.
  • Collaborate for Global Customer Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g.,  logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experiences and consistently achieve international sales goals.
  • Become a Global Market Expert: Conduct ongoing international market research to stay ahead of global customer needs, understand international market trends.
  • Deliver Compelling International Presentations: Create and deliver engaging, persuasive sales presentations tailored to the specific needs, cultural contexts, and business practices of international clients.
  • Negotiate Mutually Beneficial International Agreements: Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts, pricing terms, and distribution agreements that foster strong, sustainable partnerships with international clients, considering varying legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Provide Exceptional International Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service and support to our international customer base throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing diverse cultural and logistical considerations and building global brand loyalty.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.Extended years of proven experience in international sales, preferably within Offset printing.Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding international sales targets.Skills and Abilities:Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.Deep understanding of international markets, trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms), customs procedures, and cultural nuances.Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends.Ability to develop and execute effective international sales strategies and business plans.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adaptability, resilience, and a high degree of cultural sensitivity.Fluency in English is required additional languages is a plus.
