Technical office Engineer HVAC or Pumps

Join us at KAYAN as a "Application Engineer" - HVAC, Pumping and be part of a dynamic team .


Job Duties:

·        Record received tasks and projects on CRM & Database

·        Make the best selection of the products required based on client's specifications

·        Request prices from suppliers & negotiate to get the best offers

·        Study technical offers received from suppliers to ensure that the requested SPECS is strictly followed

·        Make pricing sheets based on company strategy or sales team advice

·        Prepare technical and commercial offers for HVAC and Plumbing scope

·        Create projects full submittal technical data (catalogs, compliance sheets, IOM) & reply to consultant clarifications or comments

·        Create sales orders and purchase orders on the CRM system

·        Attend technical meetings with clients, project team, contractors

·        Provide technical support to the sales team

·        Reviewing orders in hand to be sure that all client specifications are strictly followed


Qualification and Experience:

Education: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Certifications: preferred AutoCAD.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years.

Technical Proficiency: technical proficiency in HVAC and plumbing systems, product knowledge of global manufacturing brands, and project management to effectively deliver engineering solutions.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client requirements and optimize product selection.

Working Conditions:

Working hours 8 working hours per day, as per the company policy

Two days off, Friday, and Saturday

fixed salary+ commission
