The Customer Service Engineer at Mena Group will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to clients, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and ensuring their requirements are met in design and construction projects. This role involves listening carefully to clients’ requests, translating their needs into actionable plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of designs and projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in design or architecture and be able to communicate effectively with clients to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction: Listen actively to client requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs related to design, architecture, and construction.
• Design Support: Assist in interpreting and executing design specifications and customer requests, ensuring the final output meets customer expectations.
• Communication with Teams: Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure that customer feedback and requirements are clearly conveyed and integrated into project plans.
• Customer Follow-up: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle and address any concerns.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve design or construction-related issues by providing practical, creative solutions that satisfy customer needs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer feedback, design requests, and resolutions, ensuring effective communication across teams.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve service offerings and ensure that designs and projects align with client expectations.
