Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bahary Region

  • Source potential candidates through channels (online& offline).
  • Collaborate with branch managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person. interviews.
  • Conduct screening, assessments, and interviews to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
  • Travel and relocate between governorates within the Bahary region as required to oversee hiring activities.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience from 1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in the microfinance, especially for blue-collar roles.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports.Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.Willingness to travel extensively across the Bahary region.
