Property Consultant (Alexandria)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in real estate, with a strong preference for candidates at the senior level. The Property Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, leveraging their deep knowledge of the Alexandria market to provide expert advice and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Alexandria.
• Provide expert advice on property transactions, guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Address client inquiries and offer tailored solutions based on their needs and budgets.
2. Market Knowledge:
• Stay updated on property trends, market conditions, and investment opportunities in Alexandria.
• Conduct market research to identify new property opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
3. Property Listings:
• Source, list, and manage properties for sale or rent in Alexandria.
• Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective clients.
• Showcase property features and benefits to attract buyers or tenants.
4. Sales and Negotiation:
• Facilitate property transactions from initial inquiry to closing.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure successful deals that satisfy all parties.

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.• 4-6 years of proven experience in real estate consulting or sales.• Senior-level experience is highly preferred.• Comprehensive knowledge of the Alexandria real estate market.Skills and Competencies:1.
