● Follow up with the production manager under his leadership to prepare the annual production plan
● Discuss the annual production plan with the CEO according to the achieved and expected sales for each product and following up on implementation
● Participate in preparing the annual purchasing plan for raw materials needed for production and achieving target
● Follow up on the implementation of production tasks according to customer delivery schedules
● Full knowledge of the production capacity of each machine ( Paper Sheeter Machine ,Slitter Machine, Printing Machine,….)
● Keep track of and report on production progress
● Follow up on the preparation and implementation of annual maintenance schedules planned by the maintenance manager under his leadership
● Keep track of and report on maintenance needs
● Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
● Able to measure the training needs of employees under his leadership
Minimum 10 years experience as a factory manager for paper processing industriesSuitable higher educational qualificationHas the ability to lead and monitor work teams under his leadershiphas the ability to plan and distribute work tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office and factory management software and ERP ProgramsHighly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenRelevant training and/or certifications as a factory Manager
