- Identifies potential suppliers and issues requests for quotations to develop a list of vendors
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and compare technical and financial offers to determine optimum value and quality.
- Propose suppliers and procced with the approved purchase orders; follows-up and expedites as necessary to meet the requester requirements.
- Implement the purchasing procedure to comply with the QMS requirements
- Prepare the provisional internal purchasing plan considering the economic status to secure the annual stock and optimize purchasing costs.
