- Administer the employee’s Medical Insurance.
- Liaise with the external healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective treatment plans and to facilitate the communication between the employees and the medical providers.
- Manage employee medical leave cases, including long-term disability, maternity leave, and workers’ compensation claims.
- Administrate medical insurance benefit, including answering queries, documentation and filing of related paperwork, and communicating with employees regarding outcomes or other questions they may have in medical insurance.
- Responsible for the addition of new members and deletion of leaving employees from medical service in a timely manner and on regular basics with high accuracy.
- Train & support employees on how to refund out of Network claims and settle similar claims, Overlook the settlements for medical refund invoices and follow up on cash delivery to staff.
- Maintain accurate records of medical data and chronic medications.
- Prepare regular reports regarding consumption, chronic, abuse cases (if any), etc…
- Flexible enough to take phone calls and receive employee's inquiries and support them in case of emergency at any time.
Batchelor's degree in business administration or any related field.Previous experience in handling Medical Insurance in an industrial environment (a must) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Flexibility & problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; especially Excel
