Sales Section Head ( Heavy Trucks )

The Sales section head should manage all sales staff and directs sales operations in his specific area by following up on the reporting sales representatives and provide the sales team with guidance to maximize profitable sales and achieve the established sales objectives.

  • Support the CV Sales Manager in the preparation of realistic sales targets, and cascades the sales objectives to the sales team.
  • Follow up with reporting sales representatives on the attainment of quantitative and qualitative sales objectives
  • Monitor the performance of sales representatives, in terms of commercial efforts, quality of client portfolio (share of wallet, collection, etc.), growth achieved, sales mix and adherence to sales policies and standards.
  • Responsible for the timely reporting on the sales activity and performance.
  • Follow up on the collection of due receivables associated with CV sales.
  • Control costs of the sales team and ensures compliance with the established budget
  • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
  • Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
  • Provide support for the professional development direct reports
  • provide the sales team with guidance, direction, and support to maximize profitable sales and achieve the established sales objectives.

 Educational Requirements: Relevant Bachelor Degree/ Engineering Background if requiredSpecial Certification or Training Required:   Language & PC certificateRequired Industry Experience: 5: 7 years of experience in all sales and supervisory roles.Technological Requirements: Microsoft Office SuiteLanguage Requirements: Very good Command of English (Verbal and Written)
