Job Title:
Tele-Sales Representative - VoIP Services
Job Objective:
To promote and sell VoIP communication services through effective telephone engagement with current and potential clients, utilizing CRM tools to manage customer relationships and ensure sales targets are achieved while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Sales Management:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to current and prospective clients to present VoIP services.
- Meet or exceed predefined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide detailed service quotations and highlight key benefits to clients.
Customer Engagement:
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable VoIP solutions.
- Offer technical consultations to help clients understand the functionality and advantages of VoIP services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
CRM Utilization:
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
- Generate CRM reports to monitor sales pipeline and customer engagement metrics.
Client Database Development:
- Build and expand the client database using CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and segmentation.
- Leverage CRM insights to identify and target high-potential leads.
Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, including CRM analytics.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities.
- Suggest improvements to sales processes and strategies to maximize revenue.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives.
- Provide feedback on market needs and trends to aid in strategic planning.
Educational Background:A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience:Previous experience in telesales or the telecommunications sector is required; experience in VoIP sales is a plus.Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) is essential.Skills:Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads, opportunities, and sales activities.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Ability to work with VoIP-related software and applications.Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.Languages:Proficiency in Arabic is required; good command of English is an advantage.
