Commercial Lead

Caduceus Lane is looking for a professional Commercial Lead at our office in Egypt – Hurghada who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our key partners through our account managers team.

You will be responsible for managing the key account manager’s team, setting the regional sales quotas and advising the company about sales performance and putting new strategies for developing the company sales and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, overseeing day-to-day operations and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the country's performance and other matters that relate to a company's operations as well as liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs



  • Manage the team of account managers and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Analyze sales statistics gathered by your team to determine sales potential and market requirements and to monitor clients’ preferences and satisfaction.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your key accounts/customers.
  • Positively represent the company and influence discussions within relevant professional and trade organizations to shape the company image and well-differentiated competitive profile.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Work with the company's national commercial team to identify initiatives that support the delivery of the portfolio segmentation and targeting plans.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within key accounts and collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Represent the company in a professional, credible, and trustworthy manner at all times.
  • Implement relevant tactics to ensure that the company strategies and core business objectives are delivered and developed.

  • Foreign Passport is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree, University graduate, or equivalent
  • Fluency in the English language is a must
  • IT literate with strong analytical skills
  • Sales and Marketing acumen is a plus
