JOB PURPOSE
Finance Business Partnering (FBP) is a highly dynamic and exciting role. As the owner of your Category’s P&L, you are responsible for supporting the business. The role typically includes supporting the business in defining the right strategies, managing business cases to support new launch decisions, monthly forecast update and performance analysis, and more. The goal is always to advise and support your business partners to deliver consistent, competitive, profitable, and responsible growth, in the short and long run.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Prepare and analyze financial performance of the category’s business that you own. This includes analysis of actual results, updating the financial forecast, and budget controls.
- Responsible for analyzing controlled cost each month and ensure that are on top of our drivers.
- Support in SKU pricing scenarios with category stakeholders to ensure competitiveness and profitability requirements are in place.
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing financials forecast to ensure fair presentation in the P&L for the category.
- Support your business partners (e.g., marketing/category team) in providing financial analysis required, e.g., business cases to support decision making, other types of analysis to provide insights and support strategic decisions, etc.
- Participate in core business meetings, provide financial advice and viewpoints, and provide support in meeting preparations as required.
- Support other financial analysis for company projects as needed.
- Support in preparing certain reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc requests for reporting submissions) as required.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master’s degree, in related field (e.g. Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting/etc.).
- Relevant experiences preferred (1 to 2 Years) (e.g., FMCG/Finance Partnering)
- Fluent English is a must
