-Design a quality policies and procedures .
- Determine quality metrics for all construction and finishing procedures.
- Monitor the entire construction cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes.
- Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and contractors to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Education: Engineering bachelor’s degree.- 7+ years of experience - Real estate, construction or engineering consultancy experience is a must.
