- Responsible for meeting customers within the company or at exhibitions.
- Responding to customer inquiries and emails immediately.
- Responsible for arranging the customer’s visit to the factory, including hotel reservations and internal transportation arrangements.
- Responsible for conducting a feasibility study for the order in terms of quantity, possibility of operation, and drawings.
- Follow-up of orders’ production process from the beginning of the order to shipping and collection.
- Organizing the orders according to the shipping schedule in a way that facilitates the process for the operating departments under the supervision of the head of the department.
- Responsible for performing Performa for operation (for the customer, shipping, production department, and graphics) with a specific schedule under the supervision of the head of the department.
- Responsible for following up on shipping dates, the port of shipment, and the shipping line (according to the agreement).
- Responsible for following up on shipping documents after shipment (sending a picture to the customer by email and sending the original to the credit bank).
- Follow-up on client and broker accounts in the financial department.
- Follow-up on the group’s receivables movement towards customers by coordinating with the export department.
- Follow-up on production and packaging operations in the various sections of the group.
Very good English language skills (Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking).Customer service experience (5-7 years) … (Dubai experience preferred).Excellent experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).Very good accounting experience.Smart and proactive.El-Mahalla El-Kubra, Tanta, and El-Mansoura residents preferred.Available to travel worldwide for temporary periods.
