Responsibilities:
  1. Creative Direction: Lead and guide the creative team to ensure designs align with client vision and brand standards.
  2. Concept Creation: Develop innovative design concepts that meet the needs of the project or client within the retail industry.
  3. Collaboration: Work with other teams (writers, designers, developers) to ensure designs align with messaging and project goals.
  4. Art Review: Review and provide constructive feedback on artistic work to ensure the highest quality standards.
  5. Time and Resource Management: Organize and distribute design tasks among team members, meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
  6. Brand Consistency: Ensure designs maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all marketing and promotional materials.
  7. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.
  8. Promotional Material Development: Oversee the design and creation of promotional materials such as ads, prints, and digital media.
  9. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative design solutions.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
  2. 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design with leadership experience.
  3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to manage projects and deliver work within deadlines.
  6. High level of creativity and artistic vision with the ability to generate innovative design solutions.
  7. Good understanding of UX/UI design principles.
