We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Manager- Oil and Gas.
Location: 6th of October.
Role summary:
The main objective of a sales Manager is to have a proven track record in the gas or oil services& industry. By implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales goals, performing sales territory analyzes and closing sales. He will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic business relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the oil and gas service.
- · Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively prospecting for new clients and expanding our customer base.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- · Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets.
- · Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technical departments, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- · Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.
- · Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generating reports and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- · Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to the oil and gas field.
- · Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, promote our services, and generate leads.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· 10+ years’ experience. Minimum 5 years in same role as sales manager.
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Oil and Gas industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
. Strong understanding of oil and gas products, services, and market dynamics.
· Strong network of contacts within the industry, including key decision-makers and influencers.
· Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.
· Experience with B2B platforms, e-commerce systems, and logistics software applications.
· Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit different locations.
