Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the hotel and restaurant kitchen manufacturing and equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the hospitality and foodservice sectors. The Sales Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of kitchen manufacturing products and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals in the hotel and restaurant kitchen equipment market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's reach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, restaurant chains, and facility managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and engineers to offer customized solutions to clients based on their unique kitchen requirements.
- Drive direct sales activities, including cold calling, product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Follow up on leads, opportunities, and projects from initial inquiry to post-sale.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create promotional campaigns and product offerings.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote the company's products.
- Monitor project timelines and client expectations, ensuring alignment with sales agreements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales or related Field.Knowledge of kitchen equipment, foodservice operations, and commercial kitchen design (preferred).Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Willingness to travel as required.
