To Lead Electrical & Mechanical engineering Procedures, Performance, & Resources related to Plant' Utilities operations To ensure effective, efficient, & safe Maintenance Processes guaranteeing Utilities Performance reliability
- Assess & Proposes Utilities Maintenance Plan to Engineering Manager
- Cascades Approved Plan to Functional Teams To Ensure effective planning of Functional Resources (Tools, Manpower, Equipment's, Parts, Shift & Work Schedules
- Follows up Utilities' Maintenance Plan coordination, implementation, & updates
- Leads Corrective, preventive measures when necessary To Ensure effective Plan fulfilment
- Authorizes Utilities' Readings up to Standards (ex. Utilities Breakdown, & Fulfilment)
- Proposes improvement updates & upgrades to Department Manager To ensure Utilities Performance Improvement.
- Participates in Plant' Utilities Installation, & upgrades To Guarantee effective & efficient plant upgrades fulfilling defined needs & expected performance
- Defines, & Follows up Corrective & Preventive Utilities' Maintenance schedules up to Plant' Utilities updates & repeated critical defects To ensure effective troubleshooting & sustainable operations
- Authorizes Spare Parts requests (through direct Purchasing, modification, fixing, or manufacturing internally in Plant Workshop after Approving Parts' Technical Drawings To ensure parts availability with optimized cost
- Leads Utilities Services related Central Phone Stations, Painting, Epoxy, Plumbing, & Partitioning To ensure requested Service fulfilment within Quality & Optimized Standards
BSc. Degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.7+ Years of relevant Managerial experienceFMCG or Pharma Industry is MandatoryGood leadership & Communication Skills
