Receive and collect hiring requests from the hiring managers
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Post jobs on career websites, portals and universities boards
Evaluate and screen candidates’ CVs using database
Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Use and update recruitment assessment sheets
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Conduct phone and face to face interviews
Coordinate recruitment interviews process
Maintain a complete record of interviews
Update accepted and non-accepted candidates with their status
Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
Attend job fairs and careers events

Training :
Prepare list of requested training needs
identify internal and external training programs
inform employees about training options, time and dates
Map out training plans for individual employees to meet specific training needs
Track and report on training outcomes
Provide feedback to managers by keeping records of training evaluation sheets (Training Evaluation-Participants Evaluation) and make analysis
Maintain employee training records
Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
coordinate off-site training activities for employees
Handle logistics for training activities and manage in-house training facilities and equipment
Assist the team and attend the meeting when the TM lead is not available
