Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the wooden furniture or doors industry.Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and production techniques.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of quality control standards and health & safety regulations.Degree in Industrial Engineering, Woodworking, or a related field .
