Administrative Manager "Owaynat site farm"

Eradah-eh group is seeking for a Site admin manager to work at a big farm in Owainat site, 30 days work, 10 days' vacation.

"Ex-military or defense associations is preferred" 

  • Review and approve the monthly payroll and payroll.
  • Approving absence, attendance, leave requests, appointment and dismissal decisions.
  • Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs in order to achieve the main objectives of the institution.
  • Managing and supervising the maintenance of buildings attached to the farm and maintaining its cleanliness and order.
  • Participate in senior management meetings and express an opinion on the necessary results and decisions.
  • Inform all employees of administrative decisions after their adoption.
  • Approving some exchange documents after signing and reviewing them with the financial manager.
  • Attend the meetings of the Board of Directors and assist in the formulation and codification of recommendations and decisions issued and develop appropriate plans.
  • Manage the periodic meetings of the farm and assist in issuing appropriate decisions.
  • Participate in the formulation and preparation of administrative affairs procedures with the representative of the administration of the quality system and the director of planning.
  • Review and audit procedures, forms, records and instructions for the quality system for administrative affairs.
  • Follow-up, preservation and maintenance of licensing documents and commercial, industrial and tax registration and follow-up validity and validity of these documents.
  • Review and audit the final lists of promotions, job placement and salaries at the end of each year.
  • Verify that all administrative instructions are already followed and impose penalties on violators
