- Collect and manage employee data related to attendance, working hours, and leave records.
- Supervise payroll processes, including calculating wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses using payroll systems.
- Contribute to recruitment activities by posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contracts, documentation, and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, including salaries, benefits, performance evaluations, and training schedules.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, policies, and other HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for upper management and the finance department.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
Experience: 2-4 years in HR, preferably in the retail sector.Age Limit: Candidates must be under 30 years old.Education and Knowledge:Strong understanding of HR practices and payroll processes.Familiarity with Saudi labor law is an added advantage.Skills:Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Gender Preference: Male candidates only.Location: Candidates living near Mohandessin are preferred.
