Recruitment Specialist /Senior

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a senior recruitment specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting process. 
They will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization's talent needs.

  • Receive and collect hiring requests from the hiring managers
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Post jobs on career websites, portals and universities boards
  • Evaluate and screen candidates’ CVs using database
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Use and update recruitment assessment sheets
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct phone and face to face interviews
  • Coordinate recruitment interviews process
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews
  • Update accepted and non-accepted candidates with their status
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
  • Attend job fairs and careers events

 

Working hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm  including 30 Min break
Days off : Friday & Saturday 


Job RequirementsQualifications :- Excellent English is a must- At least 3 years experience as a recruiter in Construction or consulting engineering- Experience in recruitment for Saudi Arabia is preferred
