As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with expertise in hiring blue-collar roles within the food and beverage service industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue-collar roles, including kitchen staff, production workers, and other operational positions.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet Bow and Ark’s hiring needs.
  • Selection Process: Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and ensure the efficient onboarding of new hires.
  • Partner with department managers to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Represent Bow and Ark as an employer of choice, showcasing our commitment to people and excellence.
  • Track and report on recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and success rates.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal recruitment policies.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring blue-collar roles, ideally in the food and beverage or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a must.
