-Identify, select, and manage relationships with trucking carriers, negotiating rates, and service agreements to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation services.
-Dispatching and Routing: Coordinate the dispatching and routing of trucks to optimize delivery schedules, and maximize truck utilization.
-Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of transportation documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and driver logistics.
-Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within trucking operations.
-Ensure excellent communication with all internal and external parties.
-Ensure operations are done efficiently in accordance to business plan and objectives for operations team.
-Ensure effective control of trucking operational cost.
-Accomplish any other tasks that may be assigned to him by management.
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, or a related field preferred.-(+7) years of relevant experience.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize routes and solve logistical challenges.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and truck drivers.-Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and compliance.-Excellent interpersonal skills, and data Analysis.-Proficiency in MS Office (word, Excel & Power point).-Suez resident preferred.
