Compare suppliers' quotes and find the best price for placing purchase orders.

Procurement Process: Manage and oversee the purchasing of goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Vendor Evaluation: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating pricing, and monitoring supplier performance.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that stock levels are maintained as needed.
  • Order Management: Create purchase orders, track order status, and handle follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and analyze purchasing costs to find opportunities for cost-saving.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Experience in dealing with office programs, especially Excel .Preferably someone with experience in the field of medicine and pharmacies .Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.Skills:Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software or ERP systems.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
