Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts in their assigned region, focusing on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key clients to drive business growth. This role involves overseeing the sales process, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, particularly in HVAC, construction, and filtration sectors.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Oversee key accounts within the assigned region, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction with consultants, contractors, and clients. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing networks and strategic outreach. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants and contractors to influence project specifications and secure business opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with sales executives to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex sales cycles. 
  • Align sales strategies with the company’s growth objectives, focusing on HVAC, construction, and filtration sectors. 
  • Mentor and support the sales team by providing guidance on solution selling and customer engagement. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including R&D and technical support, to address client needs effectively.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Prepare and present financial business cases and tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Communicate client feedback to R&D and product teams to enhance future offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.Experience:5+ years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in a managerial role.Proven track record in HVAC, construction, or filtration industries.Relationships: Strong network of consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.Skills RequiredLeadership: Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and achieving targets.Solution Selling: Expertise in aligning customer pain points with tailored solutions.Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships.Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of HVAC, construction, and filtration systems.Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.Working ConditionsHours: 8 hours/day with flexibility as needed.Location: Office-based in 6 October city with regular field visits to consultants, contractors, and project sites.Travel: Frequent travel within the region to strengthen client and partner relationships.
