Construction Manager - Architecture (Hotels - Hurghada)

  • Ensuring construction activities comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Implementing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) measures to monitor workmanship and materials.
  • Leading and supervising construction teams, including project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Identifying potential risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate project uncertainties.
  • Monitoring and assessing project risks, implementing contingency plans and corrective actions as needed.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, and regulatory agencies.
  • Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to outline project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinating resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Conducting regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Preparing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and forecasting costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitoring financial performance against budgetary constraints, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reviewing and approving expenditures, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Managing the procurement process, including soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, and supporting the selection of vendors and subcontractors.

BSc. in Architecture EngineeringMinimum of 15 years of experiencePMP certification or similar is a plus
