  • Ensure all projects comply with local and international building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain required approvals and inspections.
  • Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan.
  • Examine technical layouts to decide on the next course of action in a project.
  • Identify possible challenges and create a well-drafted cost analysis report for the project.
  • Ensure timely sourcing of required raw material and tools by contacting respective vendors.
  • Abide by the legal safety and health regulations to take appropriate action for building a robust and reliable construction project.
  • Contribute to the commercial aspects of the company's projects by collaborating with appropriate professionals.

Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. Professional licensure or certification (e.g., PE, Chartered Engineer) is preferred.
  3. 5-7years of experience in civil engineering or construction project management.
  4. Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or equivalent.
  5. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
