• Lead and manage carpet manufacturing projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and client specifications.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, quality control, logistics, Legal, and finance) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Generate leads and make sure to be converted in to actual sales.
• Build sales team and set clear processes to acquire new customers, and provide the best customers experience, and deliver an excellent after-sales service.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, challenges, and achievements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control processes, and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
• Oversee the preparation and management of project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and project reports.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered within the financial constraints.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure that customer requirements and industry trends are reflected in the final product.
• Ensure the timely delivery of finished carpets and rugs, meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
• Prepare the annual sales budget and department expenses.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of [7+] years of experience in project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment, with experience in carpet or textile production being a plus.
• Strong understanding of the carpet manufacturing process, including production techniques, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Exceptional sales and customers management skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bi-lingual (English & Arabic).
