Job Summary:
The HR manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and boosting employee engagement, focusing on strategies that enhance recognition and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
- Develop and manage the HR budget.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed.
- Design effective onboarding programs that align with the company culture.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers in setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to promote growth and development.
- Identify training needs and manage training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Develop leadership development programs to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and implement necessary changes.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to the top management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., HRCI, SHRM) is preferred.A minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of the HR operations (personnel, recruitment, and payroll).Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.Proven record in strategic HR management and talent management practices.Proficient in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Proficiency in English.
