Melcomec Egypt Partner of Mitsubishi for Elevators and Escalators is hiring a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and represent Mitsubishi's world-class elevator and escalator solutions.
Key responsibilities:
-Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the elevator and escalator industry.
-Support the preparation of technical presentations and proposals for clients.
-Coordinate with the design department to understand client specifications and ensure the technical feasibility of solutions.
-Participate in product demonstrations and client meetings to showcase Mitsubishi’s solutions.
-Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients during the sales process.
-Help maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying further needs.
-Track project progress and ensure timely follow-up with clients during the project lifecycle.
-Support negotiations and assist in preparing contracts and sales agreements.
-Monitor and report on competitor products and industry trends.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.-2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the elevator and escalator industry or technical solutions.-Basic technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems.-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.-Proficiency in both written and spoken English.-A customer-centric approach with the ability to assist in resolving issues and providing solutions.-Owning a car is preferred for mobility and client visits.
