Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits administration.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and manage training programs.
- Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the ERP system, including attendance, training progress, and payroll data.
- Prepare regular HR reports for the General Manager, detailing recruitment progress, performance reviews, and compliance updates.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
