Key Responsibilities

Lead Magnet Creation and Management

  • Develop and execute innovative lead magnets (eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, calculators, etc.) to attract high-potential B2B leads.
  • Design and optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to enhance lead capture.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of lead magnets, iterating to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Lead Management and Pipeline Development

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and attract high-value international leads in target industries and regions.
  • Use CRM tools to organize and manage leads, ensuring accurate tracking across all pipeline stages.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed lead and customer information to support pipeline transparency.

Customer Engagement and Outreach

  • Implement personalized online sales strategies, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and digital engagement.
  • Craft customized messaging to address prospects’ unique needs, challenges, and regional considerations.
  • Execute timely follow-ups via CRM and initiate direct calls to engage leads effectively when necessary.

Lead Qualification and Conversion

  • Analyze and qualify leads based on company size, industry, and specific needs to determine value potential.
  • Leverage CRM analytics and lead scoring tools to prioritize leads and optimize follow-up efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers, driving qualified leads through the funnel to meet activation targets.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, conversion metrics, and customer activations.
  • Prepare actionable reports and insights to refine sales strategies and improve CRM utilization.
