1. Supplier Coordination:
• Communicate technical requirements and specifications to suppliers for localized parts.
2. Sample Management:
• Follow up on sample production with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the R&D and Quality departments to conduct thorough testing of samples.
• Document and track feedback from testing phases to ensure compliance with specifications.
3. Technical Improvement Requests:
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to request and implement technical improvements for localized parts.
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality and performance of localized components.
4. Collaboration:
• Liaise with the R&D and Quality departments to address technical challenges during localization.
• Ensure smooth communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure that all localized parts meet industry and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of technical specifications, test results, and supplier agreements.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.• Experience: 1–2 years in purchasing, procurement, or localization (preferably in a manufacturing environment for washing machines).• Skills:• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and technical testing.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
