*Responsibilities:*
1. Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
o Allocate tasks and projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
2. Project Management:
o Plan and execute engineering projects related to store infrastructure, renovations, or equipment installations.
o Monitor project progress, address risks, and troubleshoot issues.
3. Maintenance & Operations:
o Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of store facilities, equipment, and machinery.
o Implement processes for regular inspections and ensure timely repair work.
4. Compliance & Safety:
o Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all engineering operations.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and applicable regulations.
5. Cost Optimization:
o Work on reducing operational costs by improving efficiency in energy usage and equipment operation.
o Source and manage vendors for engineering services, ensuring cost-effective partnerships.
6. Collaboration:
o Collaborate with other departments like Operations, IT, and Procurement to ensure engineering support aligns with overall company objectives.

Skills
Qualifications & Specifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, maintenance management systems, and CAD software.
• Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant engineering certifications are a plus.
• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic
