- Clarify and identify quality standards to hospital colleagues.
- Supervise and assist in recording and reviewing other departments policies and procedures.
- Continuously checking on the quality of services according to accreditation standards.
- Modify, Collect, And analyze KPIS.
- Participates in the education and training of the hospital staff on quality programs.
- Performs other related duties as requested by the head of the quality department.
Bachelor's degree in (Medicine, pharmacy, Nursing, or another medical field.Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or TQM is a must.1 year of experience up to 3 years.
