- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Master’s Degree (optional but preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related disciplines. Professional Experience:Years of Experience: Typically, min. 8 years in marketing or related fields, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role within an agency setting.Agency Experience: Experience working at a marketing agency or within a fast-paced, client-focused environment is highly preferred.Client Management: Strong experience in managing client relationships, including leading strategy sessions, handling client communications, and reporting on results.Campaign Management: Proven experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns for diverse clients across various industries.Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge and experience in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC (Pay-Per-Click).Brand Strategy: Experience in building brand identity, positioning, and strategic messaging for clients.Creative Collaboration: Experience working closely with creative teams (designers, writers, etc.) to produce high-quality marketing assets.
