Job Summary: The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring smooth coordination between our loss adjusting, claims handling, and legal consultation services. This role involves managing internal processes, assisting with client relations, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (French is a plus) and have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. The role requires excellent communication, marketing, and organizational skills, along with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the loss adjusting, claims handling, and legal consultation departments.
  • Supervise and support a team of administrative and operational staff.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of client reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies and enhance the company’s online presence (social media, website, etc.).
  • Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding operational status and performance metrics.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing documentation.
  • Support business development efforts by representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and online platforms.
