- Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Conduct research and gather information to assist with decision-making
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Sales and other departments within the company
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records
- Coordinate and assist with sales events and conferences
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Sales
