Overview
- Developing and maintaining kiln area /plant stability, quality and productivity in terms of setting the fuel mix optimizations plan and fuel plan decisions to control the fuel cost and follow up dust emission on the area, operation of kiln, enhance plant KPIs (SEEC, STEC, TSR %, PRI, MTBF, NAI), work to decrease cost of refractories and improve shutdown projects.
Responsibilities:
1-Health & Safety:
- Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation, as well as the Company's HSE Policies, Rules, and Standards.
- Ensure the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained at all times.
- Follow all HSE Procedures, both Management and Operational.
- Commit to gain all HSE competencies and capabilities relevant to the job role, as outlined in the country HSE training matrix (mandatory for the position or required based on the individual's activities).
2-Functional:
- Managing (clinker production inside kiln) to ensure the completion of production jobs with the highest level of quality, and effectiveness at optimum cost to maximize equipment availability.
- Ensures Clinker Manufacturing is in line with required Quality, Amount and Cost.
- Monitor production performance and implement the agreed action plans to improve both reliability and performance factors to optimize the manufacturing cost (SHC, SPC, Fuel mix, etc.)
- Review and analyze the production gap analysis report to define and overcome expected or ensured gaps
- Support and manage the CCR digitalization projects implementation & utilization (KM, HLC, etc.).
- Support in creating and updating the operation SOPs and follows the implementation as per the group standards
- Lead the plant overhauls activities through deep implementation and handover activities
- Develop and monitor the refractory plan in order to increase its lifetime through updating the operations strategy depending on the agreed action plan.
- Lead the AF operation to maximize AF and AFR usage to achieve the TSR target.
- Follow and monitor the WBI implementation and ensure proper utilization and creation of notification on SAP
- Develop and conduct safety training for plant employees (Task training).
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
Education:
- B. SC. Engineering Chemical or Mechanical
- B. SC Science – Chemistry.
Technical Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of Production operations
- Local Safety rules and regulations
- Computer literacy.
- SAP
Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Production.
