- Identify the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various software applications.
- Performing analysis on software applications functionality and suggesting improvements.
- Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns.
- Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
- Provide training to the users regarding any upgraded systems.
- Working with other developers and software providers to ensure organizational needs for software are met.
- Gathering feedback from users and helping to optimize the user experience for

BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field.Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or relevant field.Ability to implement and configure new applications based on the requirements with great attention to detail.Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.Data structure and databases Knowledge is a plus.Previous CRM and ticketing systems implementation experience is a plus.
