Job Summary:
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with target audiences across Arabic and English-speaking markets. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, ensuring content resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining cultural relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals, targeting both Arabic and English-speaking audiences.
- Identify and target the ideal audience for campaigns and promotions.
2. Content Creation & Management:
- Create, localize, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to Arabic and English audiences on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across languages and platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce culturally relevant visuals and messages.
3. Community Engagement:
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in both Arabic and English, fostering a strong online community.
- Address customer inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally in Arabic and English.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for Arabic-speaking audiences where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches, events, and promotions targeting both language demographics.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) for both Arabic and English content.
- Provide insights on audience behavior and recommend improvements based on data.
6. Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates in Arabic-speaking regions and globally.
- Experiment with new formats and culturally relevant features to keep the brand competitive.
7. Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all content complies with local cultural norms, copyright laws, and data protection regulations.
- Follow SEO and content best practices for Arabic-language materials.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 3-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proficiency in social media management tools. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
