About the Role
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the B2B and corporate sectors. This role requires a professional who can build strong relationships, effectively communicate value propositions, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The ideal candidate will have experience in the outsourcing industry and a deep understanding of the unique needs of corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients and develop a targeted approach for outreach in line with Sourcet’s service offerings.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition to the client servicing team.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts and B2B clients, understanding their needs and positioning Sourcet’s solutions effectively.
- Proposal Development: Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts, customizing solutions to address client needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position Sourcet’s offerings.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all leads, opportunities, and interactions are up-to-date.
- Feedback and Reporting: Regularly provide feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and product/service demand to the management team.
Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the outsourcing industry.
- Language: Fluent English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of outsourcing services such as BPO, ITO, HRO, or CXO is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate at a high level.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software (such as Zoho or Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and trends to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to driving business growth.
- Networking Skills: Proven experience in networking, attending industry events, and building a professional client base.
