  • Ensure that the facilities are properly maintained, clean, and safe 
  • Ensure that the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulations, such as building codes and environmental standards 
  • Creating and managing the facility management budget 
  • Negotiating contracts with service providers 
  • Inspecting facilities to ensure they meet safety regulations 
  • Coordinating renovations and updates 
  • Supervising contractors 
  • Office space management, repair & maintenance, security & inventory
  • Any other responsibilities that the company expects to perform


Skills

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in independently managing office space
  • Candidate much communicate fluency in English & local language
