● Create Loading Plan and Prepare Loading Simulation as soon as Export Req. is created by Sales Department .
● Coordinate with Sales and Logistics Exp. Dep. On No. & Type of CNTRs.
● Check and monitor Loading Proposals / requirements by Client.
● Coordinate with warehouse to prepare required Loading Materials “Pallets-Lashing Strips-Dunnage Bags-Foam Fillers” based on Simulation .
● Create Packing List with Bundles Details “QTY, DIM, Weight” in order to be executed by Production Team.
● Coordinate with Warehouse to receive Finished Product as per Packing List.
● Prepare Pre-loading checklist & After loading report .
● Provide information to customers about the status of their orders .
BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field .Experience in Loading Containers (Stevedoring) ,Lashing Techniques & Weight Distribution .3 - 5 years experience in the same field .Excellent communication skills .Excellent organizational and time-management skills .Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
