- Ensure that all employees follow and implement occupational health and safety management standards and 5S in the workplace in order to preserve the safety of the employee and the rest of the work team.
- Receiving all details of the previous shift (work orders, shift problems, or any other instructions).
- Review the team distribution plan according to machine operating instructions and take corrective action when needed.
- Reviewing the production rates of machines per shift according to the operation standards for work orders and coordinating with the relevant departments in the critical problems.
- Ensure adherence to PPM quality standards.
- Training the work team and providing the necessary guidance on performance and how to develop it, in addition to evaluating them based on performance indicators (KPIS) in accordance with the monthly incentives list.
- Supervising the process of changing molds on machines and ensuring compliance with work orders.
- Develop and present new suggestions to improve work performance (reducing costs, improving quality, reducing labor, etc.)
Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering.From 3 to 5 years of experience as a production engineer.Familiar with Lean manufacturing & Six Sigma.Tailored communication skills.Problem solving skills.Leadership skills.Time Management skills.
