Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide technical support and consultations to clients on kitchen designs, features, and specifications.
• Visit clients’ locations to take accurate measurements and assess the kitchen space for custom design solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, showcasing how our solutions meet their needs.
• Create and deliver customized proposals, pricing, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Track sales progress and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events and stay updated on trends and innovations in the kitchen manufacturing sector.
• Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.• Strong understanding of kitchen design and manufacturing processes.• Ability to visit client locations and take accurate measurements of kitchen spaces.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Ability to understand and explain complex technical products to non-technical customers.• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
