  • Responsibilities
    1. Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
    2. Present and promote available real estate projects to clients.
    3. Conduct property viewings and site visits for prospective buyers.
    4. Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase project details.
    5. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
    6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
    7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
    8. Attend real estate exhibitions and events to expand the client base.
    9. Analyze market trends to stay updated on property values and industry developments.
    10. Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback for management.
    11. Assist in developing new sales materials or presentations.
    12. Conduct market research to identify emerging real estate trends and competitor strategies.
    13. Offer personalized advice to clients about investment opportunities and financing options.
    14. Managing broker's companies.
    15. Conduct orientations for broker companies.
     

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant degree- Advanced English proficiency- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Package- 8 Working Hours with two days off – Regular Shift- Minimum of 3 Years as a Sales Associate or any relevant role
